How to Get Over A Broken Heart

Sara called me the other day and told me I should read a post on blog that she was involved with last year. She did a post on how to get over a broken heart. The post is fantastic and has such relevance to my situation, I am sure to any reader for that matter.

The content of the post, as I mentioned, is great, but the comments took me back….way back. The stories are staggering and are epic in proportion. Painful stories, surrounded by hopeful comments from others. A mini community in a thread of a blog. AMAZING.

I am intrigued by this post as it is the community that I would like to build here. A place for hope and change…or in some cases, just acknowledgment.

The great thing is that we all have the capacity to heal and love again. Really! :) (Thanks for the shout out, Adam)
