I drink water w/every meal, iced cold water in fact (I know room temp is better for me, but...). I love water, as does my daughter! I don&#039;t really like soda but I will drink an occasional Root Beer w/a slice of pizza. Water is the only drink that literally quenches my thirst. However, I get a cup of coffee every morning from Starbucks and I nurse it for hours. Lately I&#039;ve been hitting that proverbial wall &#039;round 2-3p. Granted I stare into a computer all day but I find I&#039;m practically falling asleep in my lap - top. Your fitness tip reminded that if I were to also drink water throughout my day I would have more energy and possibly be more productive and efficient (hope my boss don&#039;t read this)!

Anyway, thank you for the reminder! I&#039;m look forwarding to incorporating it into my daily routine!
