The original purpose of this site was to offer help to others going through divorce, contemplating divorce, or involved any other relationship monstrosity! For me, a few years back when I was going through the crazy part of my divorce, it helped to vent out my war stories to friends and family. On a recent on vacation I took, I read a few pages of a book that some college punk (I was one too) wrote regarding his drunk adventures as a punk frat boy.  As I read on, I found myself talking out loud in shock at the books content…i cannot believe people are reading this crap…what a brilliant idea.  The book consisted of all  short stories, all in gross detail….I could not put it down, apparently others could not either as it was a best seller….WT****

The birth of Adam’s Wedding Dress

At that moment, i knew that I could do something in the same format. Short divorce stories, stories on divorce. I felt that maybe people would be interested to read divorce stories, the writer would benefit from getting these divorce stories off her/his chest, and others would appreciate the fact that they are not alone. Any maybe i would be a bit of entertainment?! As it turns out, the idea mophed in to less of a monetary idea, add more into a divorce support group for men and woman. Nothing more than support, no monetary mission whatsoever!

I would offer divorce advice for woman and men though this platform. I had a story to tell, so why not make a divorce blog. I am in the business of building corporate identities for companies, through graphic design, printing and web development. Building this site was easy for me and quite therapeutic. I had my design team help with some graphics and we all had a blast putting it together.

The First Divorce Story

I held that college diary book in one hand and a food menu in the other…i knew i was on to something….the first story I had to be a story about my divorce, something that has been burning me for years,  the story of my wedding dress. I wrote that story on the back of a menu while sitting at the beach in the Maldives. It was nothing more then a few paragraphs.
