As a native Californian participating in Cross Country and Track & Field since elementary school, Heather is a competitor by nature. She is an experienced Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Triathlon & Running Coach, and Author. She is certified through NASM, EFTI, APEX and AHA and has enjoyed great success training men, women and children of all ages. She also has specializations/certifications in Kettlebell training, TRX suspension training, Power Plate training, triathlons, running, functional movement screening, and special populations (individuals with obesity/health/joint problems).
Her strong desire to help others get in shape and stay fit inspires her to proactively train people like you to reach your desired fitness goal. She has been an endurance athlete for over 26 years, which allows her to empathize, motivate and train individuals to accomplish their desired goals. Heather’s love for fitness has lead her to compete and place in all kinds of races, including:
- 5Ks/10Ks
- Half Marathons/Marathons
- Adventure Races
- Triathlons
- Duathlons/Biathlons/Aquathons
- Relays
As a former Lead Running Guide for Nike’s Top 20 Program, Pace Leader for Nike’s Run Hit Remix/Club Run LA program, and Running Coach for the Runnergy Club Runs, Heather meticulously plans and coordinates runs for those of all levels. She also teaches bootcamp classes for Disney Studios and Full of Life Fitness classes providing cost-effective training for individuals of all active levels. Now Heather’s here to get YOU in shape!
