Siggie Cohen is a Child Development Specialist with a Master degree in education and psychology. Siggie founded Parentwood, Center for Parental and Child Wellness in 2004, where she counsels families and children on all issues of family dynamic, and conducts parenting workshops. Siggie has been an instructor at Pierce College in the Child Development Department for the past ten years, and a Mommy/Daddy & Me facilitator at Discovery School in Tarzana for the past 17 years. She has published professional articles both on the internet and in hard copy magazines, and is a lecturer city wide.

Siggie is a compassionate and creative individual who demonstrates high standards in teaching and counseling.

She is most proud of her three boys ages 24, a graduate of UC Berkeley, 21, a recent graduate of UC Berkeley, and 20, a student at UC Davis, and shares her life with her spouse of 17 years.
